Author supervision is a service provided by the design unit to ensure that the construction of a given building complies with the prepared design documentation. This service is carried out under a separate commission from the Investor.

As part of author supervision, the designer:

• monitors the compliance of the investment execution with the design documentation,
• provides clarifications and addresses any questions from the construction contractor related to the provisions in the design documentation,
• in cases where alternative solutions are necessary compared to those presented in the design documentation, agrees on and adapts the changes.
