We offer designs of complete continuous material handling lines using mechanical equipment for bulk materials:

Unloading stations are equipped with necessary auxiliary systems, such as dust removal and dry fogging of unloading chambers.

• Continuous transport of bulk materials using trough belt conveyors, air-supported belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, and screw conveyors;
• Separation units (e.g., ferromagnetic and oversized material separation);
• Material storage, e.g., silos, tanks, storage sheds;
• Warehouse unloading and bulk material accounting using devices such as:
  • Screw sweepers with adjustable discharge flow;
  • Sweeping arms at the floor with central material discharge;
  • Conveyor scales and sampling points for bulk material accounting.
